So far, very happy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking time getting used to the shelf locations and storage of our foodstuff. But like the refer and it is much quieter than than our 30 year old Amana. Only difficulty was that the door swings wide (>90 degrees) and hits a small wall extending along side of refrigerator. No limiter / door stop is available to limit the swing. This could cause damage to face of door. Whirlpool needs to make a simple piece to be added to the hinge to stop the door from swinging too far and hitting the wall.

Perfect Townhouse Fridge

It's okay; less usable space than our old 18 cu ft
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited over 21 months to receive our new fridge due to production issues. There are only a couple of black, bottom freezer models out there in 18 cu ft, 30 in. wide, which is what we were replacing to fit in our space. Pros: 1. It's new; 2. It's relatively quiet. Cons: 1. No separate butter compartment (which we knew when we ordered it and miss about our old fridge); 2. Bin arrangement and sizing is poorly designed: bins on door are shallow (when you close the fridge door, there's about 2" of extra space that could have been allotted to the bin depth), don't hold much, don't allow for items taller than about 5" if all bins are installed because you can't get the items in and out. We're using a shelf for some items we'd normally put in the door bins. (Do people actually try these out before they hit the production line?) 3. Vegetable drawers are relatively small/shallow and seem a bit flimsy. 4. Why not make the door surface textured to match the sides and top -- and lessen the fingerprints? (Note: we knew it wasn't when we ordered it; another feature we miss about our old GE fridge.) 5. Arrived with one scratch on door and several on the side of the freezer door. (We'll take that up with the retail store, unless you can supply touch-up paint.) Wish we could have seen this in person before ordering; we probably would have chosen something else. All that said, it will suffice. I chose "Yes" I'd recommend because "Maybe" wasn't an option.

Just what I wanted

Thank goodness it fit

It’s a nice fridge but I have a few observations: the crisper drawer is not deep enough to hold celery unless it’s laid in diagonally; the ice maker works well but the container for ice is unnecessarily large; and the temperature controls are not digital - 4 doesn’t tell me anything.

Almost Perfect- But Where’s the Butter Keeper?

It’s not easy to get the butter. My partner and I like different butters and we always keep extra sticks- one in the freezer and another in the butter freezer.
