Broken already!
I bought this part ~6-8 months ago and already broken…. We barely use dishwasher (DINKS) and sad to say it just broke! BTW this is the second time since owning DW it has required replacement…

Not Worth It
For starters, before it broke, I always had to wash on heavy to get the dishes clean. When I do an extended dry, my dishes are never dry. I do really like the very top rack. I could deal with all of that but today (14 months after purchase) The top rack broke and all of it fell with all my dishes in it. The two little plastic rollers broke right off. We are not hard on our appliances. Now I have to figure out how to fix it. Not a happy camper. I am putting one photo with wheels so you can see how it is supposed to look, the other two photos are the broken parts.

Parts broke WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER
I purchased this dishwasher as a replacement, after a cheaper model Whirpool had an electrical fire. I have had this new model for less than 2 years. I have to say the racks always seemed pretty FLIMSY like they shake a lot and didn't seem super secure. So yesterday the second rack connector, a plastic piece that connects to the railing BROKE. I was stoked I had a 3 year warrantee. After a ONE HOUR CALL of being passed back and forth, come to find out, the extended warrantee does NOT COVER PARTS

Ravenel Dishwasher Review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] its a very very good product however the seal (between the dishwasher and door gets hung up on the 2nd rack and pulls away. We have tried multiple times to correct this but use WD40 to address it several times per week.

Plastic rail will break in 2 years and 4 months
After 2 years and 4 months of twice weekly usage, the plastic rail on my Whirlpool WDT970SAHZ0 (2nd rack from the bottom) broke! I had the rail replaced by a repair person. Don’t expect this dishwasher to work longer than around 2 years. There really should have been a recall on this dishwasher.

13 months after purchase, almost as if by design, the...
13 months after purchase, almost as if by design, the plastic hooks holding the top rack on both top sliding assemblies failed and broke apart. The warranty, of course, ends at 12 Months. A $900+ dishwasher shouldn't start breaking apart after a year of gentle use. Very frustrating. Will Whirpool make this right?? Seems to be a common reoccurring design problem as I sort through the comments

Absolutely worst dishwasher I have ever owned
My dishwasher is less than 2 years old and is rusting at the top by the controls. The top rack has broke 3 times. It is garbage. The cheep 200.00 dishwasher I removed before this one was 100 times more reliable.

This dishwasher is so quiet! It’s super efficient and dries...
This dishwasher is so quiet! It’s super efficient and dries the dishes so well. The interior is all stainless and it has the top narrow rack for silverware, knives and bigger utensils that are too big/long for the silverware basket that sits in the door. It looks great and I’m very pleased with it!

2 months and there’s a leak
After two months the dishwasher started leaking. My dad pulled out the dishwasher tonight and started it up to see where the water was coming from. Turns out that there was a loose screw on the top right hand side of the dishwasher. It was fixable.
