Dano, yes this dishwasher has an upper and lower spray arm.
Hi Alan, there is a protective film that would need to be removed for the panel. We hope this helps!
To add rinse aid, give the dispenser cap (in my dishwasher it is blue) about one quarter turn to the left and lift out. Pour in rinse aid (it will flow into the appropriate hole) while checking the indicator level on the right until it reaches "full". Replace the cap and turn right to lock. Make sure the cap is locked tight.
You can try to drain your dishwasher by pressing the Cancel button on the control panel (upper right corner). If that doesnt drain it, you may have to call a plumber. Good luck!
That’s a bummer alright. A bigger problem will be finding the 7/8” fitting that secures the electrical cord to the electrical junction box in the dishwasher. I couldn’t find one at any hardware store. Including Home Depot. Plumbers have them. They won’t sell you one. I found a wholesale electrical parts supplier in North Carolina. Frustrating process for sure. Once I had the proper fitting it was easy to install.
The dishwasher can not fill water, the installer said the floater is missing a spring .
110 volts.
Plastic coating.
Have you tried longer cleaning cycles? I find that if I have dishes that have difficult to clean particles of food that are days old before washing they require the longest cycle of cleaning. Most dishwashers advertise no prewashing necessary but sometimes I have to get them a quick rinse before placing them into the dishwasher.
Hot water does help to better clean items in the dishwasher. If using water around 77 degrees you will not get optimal cleaning, especially greasy items.
