This YELLOW JACKET Outlet Adapter Converter has 5-Outlets. It is a 125-Volt - 15 Amp rated 3-prong grounded outlet adaptor. It features 2 cord locks, keeping cords secure and in place.       Q:Is this safe to leave outside in the rain with energized connections? Description is heavy duty outdoor use. Package says 'keep away from water' and 'do not use when wet.' The bottom of the adapter says 'use only indoors and in dry conditions.'

          Says it can be used outdoors but packaging says no
          I bought this online because in the description online it clearly says can be used indoors/outdoors but when I received the item the packaging clearly says keep away from water not to be used when wet. I guess I'll be taking this back since the website description is inaccurate because I need this for outside.
