My counter top is 5yrs, old and I have never done anything to it in 5 yrs. I used CleanStone Plus and I was amazed . I saw so many reflections on the counter top, That I never new was There. I highly Recommend this product and I will recommend to all my friends and family. Great stuff.I did the water test and passed highly.

Good product, great price
I tested this product both on slate kitchen floors and granite kitchen countertops. It has definite strengths, but it's not a perfect product.
First, the pros:
(1) Leaves a nice mirror-like shine on granite countertops, which resists fingerprints (see picture).
(2) Has a pleasant odor - even if slightly chemical, it's not noxious like bleach or ammonia.
(3) The price is extremely reasonable for the amount you get.
Now, the cons:
(1) It is really more of a protectant than a cleaner. Granite countertops that had been soiled with cooking oils simply were not cleaned by this product. Most of the oil stayed in place, or was simply smeared by the product. It was necessary to use soap and water before using Cleanstone on oily surfaces.
(2) Ground in dirt on slate floor tiles wasn't lifted off all that easily by Cleanstone. It eventually came up with some scrubbing, and I anticipate that Cleanstone will help the tiles resist additional soiling in the future.
