Lorretta Geometric Taupe 4 ft. x 6 ft. Area Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I buy all my rugs from this website. I was so excited when I purchased this rug. It was beautiful and looked great in my nursery. 1 week postpartum came and a mystery stain appeared on the rug. I cleaned it exactly per instruction and it made the stain WORSE! The care instructions are bogus! There is absolutely no way to clean it!!! And don’t even think about vacuuming this rug as the weakest vacuum without beater bar will absolutely destroy it and pull the threads up! You then either have to cut them or pull them through. And if you have pets in the house? Go ahead and accept they will destroy it too by pulling the threads up with their claws! And add all their shedded fur into the threads that again, you cannot vacuum up without destroying the rug! I am actually super annoyed with myself for spending as much as I did on this garbage rug. I am only 3 months out into enjoying this nursery and already having to trash this rug. It’s disgusting and I would not want a baby crawling around on it. Terrible and would not recommend. Learn from my mistake. Only buy if it’s in a pet free, kid free, vacant home where it will just collect dust and not a sole will walk on it.

Bought this rug for our nursery and it is impossible to clean. I tried spot cleaning with water and soap, drying out with baking soda, cleaning with folex and cleaning with a Bissel carpet cleaner. Each time left a bigger stain than before. After only having for 4 months, I will be throwing out once we move because there is simply no way to repair this rug.

This neutral rug is just what I was looking for. Looks great in my living room!

It’s a pretty rug but kind of thin. It’s like having a quilt on the floor and I’m not sure how well it will hold up but I hope it will. We have tile floor underneath but if you have wood floors carpet it would be great It looks nice

I never do reviews but I’m adamant on this one. 1. Bought it for the pattern and every little stain shows 2. It constantly has pulled fabric pieces we therefore have to adjust or trim leaving the pattern wonky. 3. It doesn’t stay in place. Even with a rug pad. Slips right off. 4. NOT WASHABLE. I washed it following the manufacturers directions and it shrank from 4 inches in length and width. 5. Tried spot cleaning per manufactures instructions and the dye bled. The rug itself is like a beautiful blanket. Do not buy if you have dogs or children.

I’ve had the rug for one week and am SO disappointed. The fabric already looks dingy and old. It’s balling up, and snags easily. I knew this wasn’t a traditional rug fabric, but this is more of a “floor blanket” than a rug. Definitely not durable, and I feel like I was duped
