A: umm...a six inch roller handle? But seriously, HD has a few mini handle options that will fit both a 4 inch and 6 inch roller but double check as some accessories are brand specific (Wooster). HD Paint department folks can guide you.

A: Mini Roller Frame SKU 458-015 would be the first choice but SKU 454-465 would work as well. If you need a longer reach, try SKU 458-134. Thanks,

A: A nice "museum finish" will be way more about the sheetrock work than the actual painting. The wall needs to be completely smooth (no bows or warps in the drywall at all) to achieve that look. Most experienced contractors will use heavier, longer drywall (e.g. 10ft x 5/8in) that will stay very rigid and after taping and floating they will cover the entire wall in a skim coat or very smooth plaster to get a very smooth, even and consistent surface. Once you have the substrate, any high quality applicator will be fine to use, although the recommendation would be to use a 3/16in, 1/4in or 3/8in nap...nothing longer than that. Hope this helps. Thanks,

Q:At my local paint store I saw mini rollers and handles with either a 1/4-in. diameter axle, or with plastic ends on the axle which were about 5/8-in. diameter. How can I determine which version I am looking at in your item listings?
This is the specific product number I was looking at, but the information is not in any of the items I checked.

A: NOT the frame size, but the NAP thickness. This is a low nap cover.

A: 1/4in refers to the nap size of the fabric. Thanks,
