    Q:Can the dividers and caps be used as the frame, or does the entire assembly of lattice, dividers, and caps have to be then mounted to a wood frame?

    A:  RTC, For strength, we recommend that it all should be mounted to something.

      A:  Not sure exactly how you’re planning to use it, but generally speaking, for strength there will need to be some type of wooden structure for it to be attached to.

        A:  Hi Runner7, We have never tested this product with the Modinex Deck, so can't give you any input. We suggest that you get the dimensions on both products, then ask an associate in the fencing aisle at the Home Depot.

          A:  It is flexible, more so if you let it warm in the sun for awhile.

            A:  I have to be honest and say I don't know. However, my guess is that if you have severe bends I doubt it. Perhaps with a heating gun or other high temp source they may. Just a guess. Also, they do expand and contract in cold and hot temps. so that would something to keep in mind. Good Luck!

            Q:Do the cap molding and divider molding in sierra cedar both come in 8 foot lengths? Would one expect that these moldings to expand/contract at the same rate as the sheet lattice?

            A:  I would imagine so. They are made from the same material and other than being a little thicker should respond to temperature changes the same. We have seen no issues with temperature changes in the last 10 years with the material we have installed

            A:  I wouldn't know but you can easily check on HD website. I could not find any at a nearby store and ordered on line. Rec'd items quickly. These are VERY hard to get, but worth the wait. Good Luck!
