A: I think you're going to experience a significant pressure drop with that much tubing. I've read that anything over 16' will start to have a decrease in pressure.

A: This is a kit to use with a drinking water system such as a reverse osmosis system that is installed under a sink
by|Jan 31, 2017
A: There is a T connector to divert water from a single source, in my case a Reverse osmosis system, to two outlets, in my case the ice machine and the sink dispenser. Then there is a shutoff valve to put in-line to the ice machine, so that if you need to work on the refrigerator and disconnect the ice machine, you can just shut off the water source, without having to shut down the whole water system. The connectors are quick link so you just push the tubing into the connector and it doesn't leak. Then hook up the other end of the tubing to the ice machine. In my case i took the existing ice machine tubing and put it directly into the shutoff valve. its easy and there are good instructions with the package.
