Q:I would like to know if this is compatible with a Sloan tail piece and water valve. We need to add a handle here because the automatic flush stopped working. Sloan doesn?t sell this piece separately

          Q:We have (6) 604721 valves installed and have not had a problem until now. Currently one of these valves needs 3-4 flushes to properly clear the bowl. We have tried adjusting the set screw on the supply stop, but this has not corrected the problem.

            Q:Does American Standard offer a tool to remove the standard adjustable tailpiece (M962920-0020A) on the 6047.121.002 flush valve for replacement by a longer tailpiece (M962834-0020A)? Please advise. Thank you.

              Q:We have 8 of these valves installed and the client is complaining that it takes two flushes to clean the bowl. Is there a recommended time to hold the flush valve open on each flush?

              A:  The handle can not be held down longer to increase the flush cycle. You can try swapping the piston assembly inside the valve to a larger gpf to see if that helps. For other issues or questions, we recommend contacting our Sensor Tech line @ 1-855-752-9259.
