A:  The thickness of this material is .0255. We do not call out Gauge on these.

A:  I cut mine with a miter saw. 

A:  I use my grinder with very thin metal cutting blade ,with a steady hand it wosks well.

A:  using a hacksaw is best you dont wont to damage product also have a complete set of aviation snips to clean up any rough edges you can use any variety of power tools when you feel confident enough to make a clean cut when making holes pre drill first

A:  There’s a seamer that is about a 1” wide piece that you put on the outer edges between 2 gutters then use seamer glue to seal it. Very easy to use.

A:  There's a seam kit which has some 2" pieces of aluminum and seamer cement. It works well.

A:  I have seen them installed when there is a Fascia board to attach to. If you do not have a Fascia board this will be a problem.
