Q:Can't find replacement filter on line and Home Depot doesn't sell. Strong spa charges a lot sending a filter. Looking to buy on line but can't find number for it.

    A:  Our spas have a true 4kw stainless steel heater located separately from the pump. The heater is located in the Electrical Pack. This allows for a much more efficient and faster heating process.

            Q:What is the coldest ambient air temperature that the 115v model can still maintain an adequate water temperature?

            A:  Adequate water temperature will mean different things to different people. With the 115 volt spa the heater will have to work harder to maintain temperature. With the cover off and in use it will only heat in low speed and may not be able to keep up with colder climate areas.

                A:  Not entirely sure what you're asking. There's an actual cover that comes with the spa that covers everything. The filter itself is housed inside the spa with an opening for water to cycle through. There's a covering over top of the filter so it's not exposed to the elements. The filter is covered on top and bottom, and 3 sides.

                  A:  If power is supplied to the spa it will continue to heat to temperature. In the case of a heater failure and the spa detects freeze conditions, the pumps will continue to run so that the spa will not freeze.

                    A:  If you open the control pack on the spa (be sure power is off), the master light connection will be at the tops right-hand side. If it is not connected there, we would advise calling and speaking to a technician.
