A: Thank you for your question. For a temporarily solution, EZ Stick Pros, 3m Command strips, indoor double-sided tape are all great options. For long term installations, FoamTak adhesive spray or any indoor adhesive spray that works well with foam are great choices as well. Finish nails are also a great option for installation.

Unfortunately, that means to fix something like that, it involves a bit of a construction project. When you apply treatment to an existing space, it improves the acoustics in the space itself. This product is made to absorb sound i.e.: cut down on echoes in the room. What you're looking to do is called isolation which is more of a construction project. I'll link an article about that below.
