A:  Hi DebADoo, thank you for your question. Behr Premium Plus is okay to be applied to a concrete surface. However, it is not recommended in areas submerged in water, as the coating can fail and contaminate the water. Therefore, we do not recommend using it for the birdbath area filled with water. - Alex
