Q:I have a can with leftovers from 4 years ago and is a bit thick. I need to use it to retouch some scratches. Is it Ok to dilute it a bit with water or something else should be used instead?

Answer This Question
A: Hi there, thanks for the question. Typically, our paints have a shelf life of 2 years, but can last longer. We don't recommend thinning the Pro i300 paint before use, so it wouldn't be recommended to thin the product with water or anything else. If the paint is too thick to be used, I'd recommend getting a replacement container, Customer satisfaction is important to us, Please reach out to us directly if you need further assistance; our customer care team is happy to help you! -Ronald
