A:  Hi Jeffrey, thank you for your question. Based on our research, it looks like the previous coating used for your gutters is an oil-based paint. Our Ultra Exterior Paint can be applied over oil-based paint. You can also reach out to the manufacturer of the paint for more information about coating over that with our water-based Ultra Paint. Please note that we do not recommend applying the paint on the inside of the gutter, where it will be subject to pooling water or submerged underwater, as that will cause the coating to fail. A:  Hi Teri, thank you for your question. Our Ultra Exterior Paint can be used on a vinyl fence. However, keep in mind that we recommend using a color that is similar to or lighter than the original color of the vinyl to avoid warping. Have a great day! -Giovanna

As it turns out, we don't recommend that our products, including the Exterior Ultra Paint, be applied using an HVLP sprayer, as our products tend to be too thick for this type of sprayer.
