A:  Hi Linda, thanks for your question. We're sorry you're having trouble with your dishwasher. It's possible the light has not gone off because the door hasn't opened and the dishwasher senses that the cycle has not finished yet due to the auto air not activating. We would recommend trying to reset your dishwasher. You can find the instructions in the use and care guide here: https://bit.ly/3KmWA6X. If you require additional assistance, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-944-2904.

        Answer This Question

A:  Hi Beverly, thanks for your question. Our dishwashers use a condensation drying process; this process uses the heat and steam built up during the wash cycle to dry the dishes. As such we do not have heating elements within our dishwashers for drying.
