A:  Hi Garth, thank you for asking. Yes the nosing will work in lieu of the treads and the key is to glue the flooring boards and nosing down together on each step. Please keep in mind that the length of each nosing is just 6' so in this case you can likely get two steps of coverage for every one nosing that you order. A:  Great questions and thank you for asking! Please make sure the groove side of the plank is facing the Stair Nose. A:  HI! Thanks for checking! You'll always want to make sure that any flooring products used on the stairs are glued down with a construction adhesive. For vinyl floors, we recommend Titebond 670! Thank you again!

A:  Hi Grayfloor, the Vinyl Trim pieces are only made in one length of 72 inches. The stair nosing can be cut down to size to meet the needs of your flooring project.
