          Q:Is this pruning chainsaw known for bogging down easily? Does anyone have personal experience with what thickness and hardness of material if any that it struggles with? Also does it drain a battery quickly with normal use?

          A:  The DCCS623 pruner is designed for pruning applications up to 6" (152 mm) in diameter. It can make up to 70 cuts per charge using a DCB230 3ah battery. Battery run time may vary depending upon factors including but not limited to charging conditions, battery size, usage of tool, storage, environmental conditions, age, etc.

                A:  To turn the unit on, push down on the lock off lever and squeeze the trigger switch. Once the unit is running, you may release the lock off lever. To keep the unit running you must continue to squeeze the trigger switch. To turn the unit off, release the trigger switch.
