                A:  Hello CF, The sound level for this model is approximately 32dB, also, our free standing units require at least 5" of clearance on the back and 3" on each other side in order to prevent overheating, our units have an inner wall condenser so the majority of the heat created by the motor is dissipated through the skin on the sides.

                    A:  Hello Pkiosk, the partial defrost means that the fridge compartment will be automatically defrosted, however the freezer portion requires manual defrost 1 or twice a year.

                      Q:The freezer has a pile of ice crystals at the front of the lower right corner. Doesn't look like the typical frost build up more like granular snow cone ice. What could be causing this?
