Q:Is this item in fact model 31-140 with brake lever, dust collection and rack and pinion table adjustment with detents? There seems to be some confusion.

A: You are correct! The picture you have is a 31-120 and not a 31-140. We don't sell the 31-120 only the 31-140. If purchased, you would get the latest 31-140. You can see the 31-140 via www.deltamachinery.com under products. I have requested them to change picture.

Need to carefully at image for the dust hose and for a lever atop the disc guard.
