      A:  This model can achieve a floor to floor height from 96 to 111". To go higher then 111" you would need to order a model with additional treads. The Toronto V3 is available in 11 through 15 tread options

      A:  There are 4 balusters on each tread. The pictures on the listing show a previous model that only contained 3 balusters per tread

      Q:How deep is each step? I understand the width is approximately 27". A couple of measurements would be great, depth of the tread at its skinniest point, depth of the tread at its widest point, and how much the step above "overlaps" with the step below (e.g. when looking straight down at the steps, how much does a higher step overlap/cover the step below it). Thanks!

      A:  At is skinniest point it is 5". At the widest point the tread is 16". There is approximately 2 1/2" of overhang of tread
