A: IT PROBABLY WILL BUT IF YOU BOUGHT A TOILET WITH THE THINNER WAX SEAL YOU MAY WANT TO ADD THAT ONE ON TOP OF THE THICK ONE. NOT A TRADITIONAL METHOD BUT IT WILL WORK IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO REPAIR THE FLANGE. YOU CAN BUY THE THINNER WAX SEAL AND MOLD TO THE TOP OF THE OTHER. CONTRARY TO SOME INSTRUCTIONS I FIND THAT TRYING TO PUT THE SEAL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TOILET FIRST AND THEN SETTING THE TOILET HAS NOT WORKED FOR ME. PUT THE THICK ONE INTO THE FLANGE, MOLD THE THIN ONE ON TOP PRESSING IT FIRMLY IN PLACE. THEN CAREFULLY LOWER THE TOILET ONTO THE SEALS. MAKE SURE TO HAVE THE SET BOLTS VERTICAL AND IN PLACE WHEN LINING UP THE TOILET HOLES ON TOP. PRESS THE TOILET FIRMLY ONTO THE FLOOR.
