Q:How much grease should I add? Fill entire cavity?

Answer This Question
A: I'll answer my own question. I called the company and they said fill until you start to see it exit the bearing. Makes sense, since there is a zerk fitting on only one side. If you added a small about of grease it would never lubricate the bearing on the other side of the wheel. Also, my wheels will be frequently be submerged in water, so the grease is a little extra insurance.

A: I ordered and received a package of two complete tires mounted on steel wheels. I mounted them on a garden cart that I tow behind my riding mower. I replaced my axle with a longer piece, because the hubs on these are wider. (I believe designed as wheel barrow tires).

A: That varies by the application. I believe any wheelbarrow can use them, I have 2 separate applications one uses 20"axles the (to determine the width is simple adding the center measure of the tongue plus the width of the wheels) I use a galvanized rod as the axle.
