Q:What temperature range is available with the warm feature? Can I maintain the oven at 150?

A:  Hello Brisket. Great question! The Warm function heats to 180 degrees to prevent food born bacteria growth. You cannot change the temperature setting when using this mode. Warm mode is designed to keep hot foods hot for up to 3 hours. Hope this helps so you can enjoy warm foods. Geoff@GEA
