A:  The cannister wrench for this filtration system is included. However, you will need two adjustable wrenches.       A:  To direct the water flow through the filter, the control handle should be turned to the right. We recommend you review the diagram on pg. 2 of the Installation Instructions: https://images.thdstatic.com/catalog/pdfImages/89/89b77610-4c5d-4853-9853-0046029a19b7.pdf. If your water pressure is not correct, please consult with a local plumber or your water company.
