Q:I am placing this cabinet next to a foot that swings inward and am worried if that door opens while this is open it could break the door. I know it's not reversible so I am hoping it swings past the 90 degree point where it would be out of harm's way.

Answer This Question
A: I installed this sink next to my washer in the garage. I hired a plumber to connect the drain line for the sink to the existing drain for the washer, then used a brass Y fitting from the washer hot+cold hookups to add the water lines.

A: Yes. It should. Use mine as an attic art sink. Stands up to attic heat/humidity. Covering is a good idea. Not sure how direct rain would effect cabinet.
by|Jun 15, 2019
A: No, it’s made of melamine coated particleboard which isn’t waterproof and can’t be made easily waterproof. A couple of rainstorms and your sink will be an unholy mess of swollen wood chips.
by|Jun 15, 2019
A: It probably would die awhile but the moisture would eventually rot the base. The faucet that comes with it is garbage and barely stands erect. Pun intended.

A: It's either wood or particle board covered by shiny formica. It looks really nice. I'd recommend it. Mine's several years old, gets lots of wear and tear, and still looks good.
