A:  My kitchen has this one that was installed when the house was built in 1999. It was leaking and needed replacement. I picked up the same one from homedepot. I was brand new, undamaged, very well made and easy to install. It worked beautifully and I was happy with the results. It wasn’t easy to find the exact same one and I looked everywhere. I was super happy to see that Homedepot has it. The item was new, undamaged and easy to install. Searching online store is not easy, I suggest going to the store and ask for assistance.

A:  Called the online Customer Service and they said it was better to order and have item direct sent to local store instead of to my home. I ordered again and picked it up at the store. It came without damage except aerator sprays all over.

A:  I have only experienced getting new ones that were in wonderful condition, can you have gotten a returned item ? I guess its possible but only Home Depot can answer.  I love this faucet and have replaced it with the exact one after about 10 year when i broke the sprayer.

A:  The first one I got was damaged as well. Bits of it were protruding out the box and it got broken in transit. Unfortunately there is not really any packing in the box. Luckily, the replacement I got was in great shape when it arrived. I’d recommend having a replacement sent, even though I know it’s a hassle. 

A:  Is it the Glacier Bay brand or another brand? I had a Price Phister brand before and it broke on me. I've had the Glacier Bay brand for awhile with no issues.

A:  Mine was in excellent condition and I love it!

A:  I had no issues with the aerator...I removed aerator after I installed it to let any settlement in line that got knocked loose before I turned faucet on then reinstalled aerator...no issues at all
