      Q:Is the tank lid flat across or does it slope? Can you put something on top of it (the one with the side flush, not the buttons)? What holds it to the top of the tank?

      A:  Hello Lilyaria, There is a sight bow, but it isn't enough to prevent you from putting most things on top. There is a lip on the underside of the lid that fits into the tank.             A:  Hello Morgan, You might have a partial blockage in the line. One way to check is to pour a bucket of water into the bowl. If the water wells up then slowly drains, it could be a blockage. If the water goes down quick, then the line should be clear & there could be another underlying issue.
