    Answer This Question

A:  Hello David, The toilet comes with all the needed valves pre-installed within the tank. Also included are a seat & standard 1" thick wax ring with mounting hardware for the floor connection. One item not included is the water supply line to connect the toilet to the wall valve. This is due to the wall connection size varying depending on the wall valve that is being used. Should you have further comments or need future assistance, please call Glacier Bay @ 1-855-434-5224 where one of our Customer Service Reps can assist you.

A:  Hello Evan, The valve can be replaced with a Fluidmaster 400A fill valve. There could possibly be some grit or debris lodged in the valve that is preventing it from closing properly. You can follow the maintenance procedure in the instruction booklet to clear the valve or call Customer Service at 1-855-434-5224 where one of our Representatives can assist you in going through some troubleshooting techniques to determine the cause of the issue.

A:  Hello Jimmy, This is a regular gravity flush toilet, not a pressure assist. It utilizes a dual flush feature. The first, full flush, releases 1.6 gallons of water, this is meant for removing solid waste. The second, reduced flush, releases 1.1 gallons of water, this is meant for removing liquid waste. The controls are graphically indicated, two water drops for full flush & one water drop for reduced flush. Should you have further comment or need future assistance, please call Glacier Bay @ 1-855-434-5224 where one of our Customer Service Reps can assist you.

                  Answer This Question

A:  Hello Valued Customer, The Styrene is located in the valves in the tank. California’s Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about exposures to chemicals that have potential to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. For this product, Styrene & Formaldehyde are used in the production of the valves. A list of the Prop65 chemicals, a wide range of naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals, can be found at the following website. https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65/proposition-65-list
