A:  It comes with standard power cord and plug installed already. All you need is a standard outlet. But beware: the is no provision for leading that cable out of the hood. You need to drill a huge hole in the top plate (no tools provided). I was able to guide a thin power line cable through a small opening between top plate and side panel and install an outlet inside the construction. Very finicky.
