A:  Mrsclean, the pump assembly needs to be taken apart and the seal on the inside of the pump needs to be lubricated with petroleum jelly/vaseline. If you need assistance please call 1-800-977-7293 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

A:  Do not, I tried this and the bottle exploded when I pumped it up. Just warning anyone who might want to try it. I ended up covered in water and confused

A:  Cookie, hot water should be ok. When you are finished with the water please empty it out of the sprayer.

A:  Sylvia, our sprayers do not have a good spray pattern with water based stain and sealers of any kind. You should also be brushing in the stain after putting it down so that it is getting into the wood grain.

A:  Frank, if you are referring to the pump assembly, please turn the container away from you and slowly turn the pump counter clockwise and it should unscrew from the tank.

A:  Did you figure it out? I need one also for this sprayer. Lasted less than a year.

A:  Susan, there should be an o-ring on the inside of the pump assembly. If you need help disassembling the pump please call 1-800-977-7293 and a representative will be able to assist you.

A:  OnePOV, we do not recommend the use of vinegar in our sprayers as it is very acidic. It will void the warranty.
