A:  This light is to setup the fan for integration with the homewerks app and integrate to Alexa, so you can ask Alexa to turn on/off your fan, light, and other things you might have at your house. Manual says it all if you care to read.

A:  I am looking for the same answer. It seem strange that the light on the switch is constant.

A:  Hello Chris, yes the light should be enough. However, it will ultimately be a personal preference on how bright you want to the room to be.

A:  Could be the circuit your have the light on. If there are any outlets at all on that circuit, it's tough to keep consistent power running through with different items pulling different amounts.

A:  Red is normally the switch leg that goes to the fixture the black connects to the constant hot coming from the panel (normally a black wire).

A:  WiFi Routers transmit two signals 2.4 and 5ghz. But a lot of the new routers combine these signals into one. However if you go into your router menu you can separate them back into 2.4 and 5ghz and name them different and even have different passwords

A:  I wish I could answer your question Mary, but I haven't installed mine yet. It's been a year. Electrician wants $300 to wire it just because I don't know what to do with the red wire on switch. Good luck Mary

A:  Homewerks can't run on a Netgear 2.4 + 5.0 GHz AX / Mesh network. Equally bad is that Netgear can't support naming their 2.4 networks separate from 5.0 networks. What's really really dumb, is that the two smart kids in school can't play well together.

A:  The unit work perfectly. All songs are played completely.

A:  Yes. You just have to connect the exhaust vent to the existing duct of the old bathroom fan
