A:  I certainly haven’t been able to find any, and the original fabric didn’t last three summers- even though we stored them when they weren’t being used.

A:  Yes, I had to put the chair together. I don’t believe Home Depot has a service that will put it together for you, but you could always call customer service to ask. The chairs are nice but the recliner part is hard to open and shut and they are firm chairs.

A:  Not really. Just have to snap the back of the chair on, and it's really easy.

A:  Good morning, I would not recommend this chair for a 6'4 man. My wife is 5'3 and appears to fit a Women much better than a large man

A:  No, the cushions do not have zippers. Not sure about the foam, but it’s comfortable. The fabric is HORRIBLE. Started fading immediately, and basically disintegrating after 2 summers.

A:  I no longer have these chairs but I don’t remember the cushions having zippers. The cushions were firm so I assume it is high density foam.

A:  I purchased a large rocking chair cover from Amazon. They are waterproof and fit nicely. I also used to get them from Lazy Boy but can't find them anymore. Really, any large club chair covers should work.
