A:  Neem Oil must be diluted with water prior to use. To prepare a sprayable emulsion, mix Neem Oil with water and a surfactant (dish soap, etc.). For 1 quart of water – use 1 teaspoon (tsp.) of Neem Oil with 1/6 tsp. of soap. Shake well. Maximum recommended use rate, when pests are persistent, is 2 tsp. of Neem Oil in 1 quart of water with 1/3 tsp. soap. Shake well. For trees only, you can mix 4 tsp. Neem Oil in 1 quart of water with 2/3 tsp. of soap. Mix well.

A:  HI Kenny! Harris Neem Oil works to kill mites and foliar fungus on a variety of trees. Check with your local county extension agent for more information regarding lychee tree. A:  Yes. Do not spray onto blooms or flowers. This product is highly concentrated to be mixed with water at a rate of 1 oz. Neem Oil to a gallon of water. Spray directly in the morning or evening when the sun has set. Thank you. P.F. Harris
