Q:If you set the light to 5000k after installation and turn off will it hold setting of 5000k or does it revert back to the 3000k

A:  Thank you for your question.The light has a memory to return the light to its last setting when turned off and then back on. Please note that is connected to a switch, the light may change color temperatures if the switch is turned off/on too quickly (within 4 seconds).

            Q:Got this fan last month - the remote only consistently works when standing near the fan and being close to receiver. I've checked the wiring is correct and the frequencies are the same. What am I doing wrong? Is there something wrong with the receiver?

              A:  Thank you for your question. Each remote and receiver pair should be set to a unique dip switch settings to ensure that each remote only controls the intended fan.
