A:  Check if your LED bulbs are rated to be used in enclosed fixtures.

A:  This is fixture only so the lumens will depend on the lamps installed.

A:  We bought 5 of these lights a few years ago and put the recommended LED bulbs in them...2 in the laundry room, two in a double master closet and 1 in a pantry. To date we have not needed to change the bulbs. Fixtures were easy to install & to replace bulbs you need to unscrew the 3 nobs off while using your other hand to hold the covering over the bulbs and replace them in the same manner.

A:  I ordered 2 of these 16" HomeSelects Saturn 3-light Brushed Nickel Flushmount on January 7, 2017 , before any reviews appeared on the description page. They have just been installed, and I am truly happy with them. The globe is glass and fits inside the ring and then attaches to the three bolts with three decorative nuts. One of the description pictures led me to believe that the glass cover and ring stayed attached to the base when trying to change the bulb. This is not so. When changing bulbs, globe and ring must come completely off together. (could possibly need a second person to hold globe and ring while tightening to bolts ) We already changed bulbs out from incandescent to 60W LED, for a brighter/whiter light. A:  Wicked easy bro. Unscrew the knobs, remove the cover, and bam you are good to go.

A:  I put in LED bulbs when I installed it, so they haven't stopped working yet. It's annoying to change because you have to unscrew three pieces while holding the lamp, but it is not hard. I love this fixture, it makes my house look more modern.

A:  Juan, This is a 110 volt light fixture and can be connected to any design 110 volt wall switch. If you choose you can make it energy efficient by using LED light bulbs without any changes to your wall switch. P.S. I think you have a good eye choosing this great looking fixture.

A:  Yes...if you light is hooked up to an on/off switch...yes...I have 3 connected to light switches.

A:  This is a surface mount light not designed to be recessed.

A:  Im not sure but you could try. The outer diameter is about 12”.

A:  It is approximately 12 inches in diameter and is low profile in that it does not project much from the surface of the ceiling (maybe 1-1/2" inches or so).

A:  All HomeSelects products are UL or ETL certified for sale and use in the USA.

A:  There are no vents in this light fixture. We use the recommended LED bulbs, thus the bulbs don't get too hot.

A:  It is not vented, per se, but LED lights generate very little heat.

A:  My two lights are on approximately 15 hours a day. I use 3 LED 75 in one and 3 LED 60 in the other one. Never had an issue with light fixture getting hot.
