A:  The buildings are designed to mount on any level and squared foundation so long as the foundation is structurally sufficient for the weight. That would be your choice whether you would want the building on a permanent or portable foundation.

A:  These are stackable logs screws are not required for the logs. You would need to secure to your foundation we do not provide and screws or fasteners to secure to the foundation. All the hardware is included for doors and windows. You can use any roofing material you prefer we do not provide roof cover material we only provide the roof deck boards.
