A: The LED is unfortunately not replaceable but the lifespan of an LED is far greater than any incandescent bulb.

Q:I still have power to my unit as the power light still light up, but the main light does not work. Is this unit fixable? I know it has a 3 yr warranty but I cannot find any record of buying it and I think its beyond the 3 years.

Q:I suspect that as LEDs they shouldn't but with this level of lumens it'd be worth the ask from someone that has them already. I've had enough ankle burns from my old work lights.

A: Yes, it puts off heat...nothing like the halogens do, but there is heat.

A: Very little if any. The old Halogen lights are much hotter than the Husky. LED lights are good and bright with a fraction of the heat.
by|May 28, 2020
A: No it does not give out any heat. You can store it right away after using it.

A: No that is why I like them so much no fire hazard risks. I use mine often in my barn loft and don't have to worry if I remembered to turn it off or not.

Q:Is the glass face replaceable and are parts available? Screws in corner lead me to think it can be disassembled. Thinking of mounting this is in a sand blast cabinet. Thanks

A: This is a work light for lighting up areas to be able to see better. I would say no to use other types of lights for outdoor lighting.
by|Apr 8, 2019
A: No. This is not rated for exterior exposure
by|Apr 7, 2019
A: I suppose you could if you wanted it for a temporary short term use provided you used a outdoor rated extension cord and it is connected to a GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) protected circuit. I wouldn't recommend it's use as a permanent setup. There are better solutions. Check out some low-voltage options.

A: I wouldn't suggest it. 1500 lumens is extremely bright for a landscape light and it's more portable than permanent light system.
