Q:Is this PVC flexible enough to create an arch for stringing lights? How does it hold up in frigid temps? Thanks.

A: I used mine to build a Sukkah and it has a certain bend to it, but I think it is due to the joints, not the pipe itself. You'd be better off with a lower gauge of pipe.

A: Its according to how tight an arch you are making. I drive a propane delivery truck and I have seen several arches over customers drive ways.

A: I am pretty sure most HD stores will cut to size free of charge...I would contact my local HD store and ask what their policy is.

A: Yes I used to work at #4609 they can cut it with hack saw if you ask most people not plumbing will refuse though.

A: Hi, I like to build outdoor furniture from PVC piping. (dog beds, towel racks, etc) I have had TONS of PVC cut in all different lengths at Home Depot . Just take in your measurements and they have the tools to do the job quickly and accurately.
