Q:I'm building on outdoor kitchen island out of solid concrete freestanding block. The top will be a poured-in-place concrete countertop. Can this product be anchored to the top of the block and be used as the underlayment of the poured concrete?

    A:  If you are putting this under your flooring as it is meant to be used then I'm sure you can put a bathtub on top of the finished floor. Is this not correct Home Depot?

                A:  We recommend using a carbide tipped scoring knife, but a utility knife is possible as well. You can also use shears (manual, electric or pneumatic).
