Q:What is the difference between this multifunction function showerhead and your single function showerhead?

A:  Hi Brian, this is Lisa with Kohler Co. I am glad to answer your question. The multifunction handshower will have 3 different spray options - wide coverage, intense drenching, or targeted. The single-function handshower will have 1 spray option only - wide coverage. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

        Q:Hi , can I install this on a wall with tiles? Also, is the screw long enough to pose a risk of poking a hole in the water pipes behind the drywall? Do I need to worry about that? Thank you.

          Q:Model #K-98362-BN I need a on/off/temp control and valve to match this 3-spray shower head. What do you suggest? Also, please provide valve model #'s and any other parts necessary to make this work.
