No. Due to the way AFCI circuit breakers work you are usually limited to testers made by the manufacturer of the device or breaker you are testing,
The RT250 is not designed to test AFCI. Please see Klein Tools model # RT310 AFCI /GFCI Outlet Tester
This will not test afci, only gfci
It will only check for correct wiring at an afci receptacle...it doesn't test for arc fault
No, it will not and cannot.
Continuity testing is done with the power off to the outlet. Need to use multimeter or dedicated continuity tester for this process.
The multimeter does. It says so in the description. You can also tell by the settings.
No, it will only check outlets for proper wiring, (hot and neutral reversed, open ground, open hot, etc.) and wil test GFCIs for proper functionality.
The RT250 is an electrical receptacle tester that tests the wiring conditions at an electrical outlet and inspects ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) devices. The LCD displays the voltage, identifies the wiring fault, and the time required to trip a GFCI device. It is designated for use with North American 3-wire 120V electrical outlets.
No it does not
The model # CL800 does not have a dedicated inrush current application. For a clamp meter with a dedicated mode to capture In-rush current, please see Klein Tools model # CL900
Batteries could be dead. Or cheaper batteries. if you plug it into a receptacle and take it out it will stop reading voltage and blink a couple of times. Not sure all of what you are asking. Had mine for a while and go several months without using it but it still works fine with no issues.
Unlike a tester with only LED indicators, this tester requires internal power to drive the display. It has a battery compartment that holds 2xAAA batteries which are likely dead.

Yes, the CL800 will measure up to 6000µF. Please see the Instructions/Assembly document under the Info & Guides section of this product page for full specs on the CL800 clamp meter.
This meter can measure microfarads , I have never used it for that.
The CL800 measures DC Current up to 600A via the clamp.
Yes but must be the ac/dc clamp meter. The model i purchased does.
It’s only made for 120 volt 3 Wired outlets .240 would fry it. Thanks
The RT250 GFCI Receptacle Tester is designed for use on 3-wire, North American 120V electrical outlets only.
If you lose the neutral, the tester will indicate that there is no neutral. It will not tell you its 240 volts
No it’s only able to read 120v
Yes, the CL800 reads from 10mA to 60A DC in the first range. Please see the “Instructions / Assembly” document under Info & Guides for full meter specs.
Yes. .00 to .99 ma and 0 to 600 amp
