Q:Can you give a range of time for a small load vs. a full load (minimum time and maximum time) for a wash cycle?  Front load washers seem to take a long time so interested to know if a top load washer takes less time.

Answer This Question

A:  Regrettably, there is no way to determine the range of time for a small load versus a full load on the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.8 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Top Load Washer with Agitator and TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7305CW. Cycle times for the washer will vary depending on the size of your load. Each cycle on the washer has default settings that are selected automatically. You may also customize these settings using the cycle modifier buttons. When a cycle is selected, the default time for that cycle is displayed. This time will change as modifiers or options are selected. The time shown is only an estimate. This time is based on normal operating conditions. Several external factors (load size, room temperature, incoming water temperature, etc.) can affect the actual time. If the display shows ---, then the time will be displayed after the load sensing has detected the load size. Once the Start/Pause button is pressed, the washer will measure the size of the load. The estimated time may change once the load size has been measured...^IFV

Q:Is there a way to add more water? My old leg was able too and I miss that feature!

    Answer This Question

A:  The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.8 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Top Load Washer with Agitator and TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7305CV does not have a Water Plus option that allows you to add more water to your wash cycle, but to add water during a cycle, you can press the Deep Fill button for three seconds before starting the cycle to add extra water to the cycle. Using the Deep Fill or Max. option increases the cycle time because of the added fill time required. To add water during a cycle, pause the cycle before selecting Deep Fill or Max. If the washer has already reached its maximum fill level, pressing Deep Fill or Max. has no effect. If you add the Deep Fill or Max. option to the Normal cycle, it automatically changes to the Deep Wash cycle before starting. You cannot select the Deep Fill or Max. option for the Normal cycle...^IFV

A:  The finish on the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.8 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Top Load Washer with Agitator and TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7305CV is Graphite Steel. Answer This Question

A:  The new machines use less water but do a better job. Distribute your clothes evenly in the tub and walk away from the machine until it's done. Took me a while to get used to less water. Your clothes will be clean!

                Answer This Question

A:  We regret to read that your ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.8 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Top Load Washer with Agitator and TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7305CV will not turn on, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Try resetting the circuit breaker to see if the washer turns on. Checking to see if the outlet is working is one of the top five causes for the washer not starting, the second will be to check to make sure that the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. The third is a damaged power cord. If you know how to check the power cord and you have a multimeter, you can check the power cord for continuity. A defective lid switch will prevent the washer from turning on even with the lid closed. The last cause could be a defective Control Board. The lid switch can also be tested for continuity and like the power cord, it can also be replaced. A:  It is a very quiet washer. Our previous was a regular style and you knew it was running. This one you need the app to let you know when it's finished. The matching dryer is just as quiet.

Q:Can you use white vinegar in this machine?

                    Answer This Question

A:  Would not be a good idea. As with all washing machines there are areas that still have some water in them like the pump and vinegar may deteriorate seals. For newer high efficiency washers they actually make a cleaning tablet that is used in the machine by itself once a month to remove any residue.

A:  No, it's actually packed in molded styrofoam. Not even cardboard, just lots of really thick molded styrofoam to hold everything in place.
