A:  Thanks for your question. The 6 mil Sterling Oak would not be suitable for a food prep area, from a warranty standpoint. It only has a light commercial warranty and should only be cleaned with a pH neutral cleaner.

A:  Thanks for your question. You'll need to use a pH neutral cleaner. Home Depot sells several: OdoBan Neutral Cleaner and Zep Neutral Cleaner. You can also use the Lifeproof Hard Surface Floor Cleaner.
