A: Look under the specs page for a specific weight. We generally move one plank at a time by one man at at time. Not so heavy just more the space than makes it difficult to move.

I'm looking for a platform that will handle 2 guys apx. 200 lbs. plus another 175 lbs. material.

A: Hi Pap, thank you for your question. These 7ft platforms fit all brand of scaffold sections that have a span that measure 7ft center to center. The hook to hook, center to center measurement is 7ft. or 84in.

Q:I have 2 of these decks and the plywood is rotted on both. I don't see a way to fasten new plywood to the metal frame. It would seem that the original plywood may have been riveted to the cross beams in the manufacturing process.
Can I some how screw a new piece of plywood tot he metal frame now?

A: The 2 that I just bought you can replace the plywood deck. The 3 cross beam are bolted to the side rails and once you remove the bolts from one rail only,the plywood can be removed. The plywood fits in a c-Chanel on each rail. You can buy a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood and cut to the correct size. 1 sheet will be enough to replace both decks you have

A: The new configuration does not attach stiffeners to plywood which is a DESIGN FLAW. The plywood just slides out the
end of the framework. Slide in a new piece of plywood, and attach Via 2 carriage bolts per stiffener (need 6).

A: The plywood just slides out the end; your rotted wood will be swollen, so will be a bit hard to get out.
