A:  Read the instructions in the Manuel,on line or on the back of the control box cover.

A:  If you already have a remote then just open this one up and set your pins in the same position as your current remote.

A:  You unscrew the two outside screws on back and take the back off and at the bottom u will see 5 pins match the sittings of the pins in your gate control box with your remote, that simple.

A:  Hi Sledgie, you did memntion if this is a replacement transmitter or an additional transmitter. If it is an additional transmitter, open the new transmitter and set the dip switches the same as the other transmitter. If you lost a transmitter and need to program a new one. If you wrote down the original dip switch settings, set the new transmitter dip switches to the same setting and you're ready to open the gate. If you don't have the old dip switch settings, you can program the new transmitter with a new code. Just make sure you don't place all the dip switches in the same position. Some gate openers are programmed with the ability to learn remote or learn transmitter. If your gate has a learn button, follow the instructions in the gate opener manual.

A:  You may need to reset your unit to the same frequency. If that does not work you may have a transmitter problem on the board.
