        Q:I was cleaning the outside of the globes and the one globe came loose. I thought it maybe screws back in but it does not. I cannot get the globe to stay up. What can I do to fix this.

        A:  HELLO, THESE GLOBES ARE HELD IN PLACE BY A SOCKET RING. YOU JUST TIGHTEN THE SOCKET RING UP AND IT HOLDS THE GLOBE IN PLACE. THANK YOU

          Q:Once this looks light is installed how do you remove the shades to clean them?

          A:  You must first remove the light bulbs, then unscrew (3 screws each)the shades to wash. After cleaning, screw the shades back on and then screw in the lightbulbs.

            A:  First, shut off the power supply from your main Box. The reason is that I found that at least one line to the upstairs pathroom had the hot wire to th light instead of the light switch. My power meter showed that my light still had power even though the light was not switched on. Next, remove the bulb and you will see that there is a ring with a tab tha is screwed to the ligh socket holding the shade. Remove the ring and you will  have the shade.

                    A:  This fixture extends 4 3/4 inches from the wall to the center bulb and extends 7 3/8 inches from the wall to the outer point of the shade.

The supplied glass shades feature the following measurements: Top fitter opening is 2-1/8 inches, Lower inner-rim fitter opening is 1-5/8 inches, Height is 4-5/8 inches, and the bottom opening is 5-1/4 inches in diameter.
