A: It's maximum output is 3000 watts per hour at peak wind speed of 26mph, so it would depend on that and your average daily consumption is and your average wind speed in your area.

A: The average person consumes 877kw/month. This makes 72kw/day max or 2160kw/month. So this would hold 2.5 ish people per month. But this is only if the wind is blowing 24/7 365. Some people do a combo of wind and solar. That would cover your bases.

A: Watts is a measurement of power, your question doesn't make any sense. It's the same thing as asking "Is it 4 horsepower a second, minute, hour, day, week, month, or year?"

A: It's rated to output 3kw. If your wind conditions are optimal, it will output that power continuously, such that after an hour of operation, for instance, it will have output 3 kwh of electricity.
