Black Step-On Trash Can 1)press down on the peddle and the lift rod will move up. 2) With the lift rod up, and the lid in the open position, slide the lid pivot hole over the lift rod. 3) Pull the back of the lid so the lid will fit over one of the hinge posts. 4) Pull the lid in the other direction, and side it over the other hinge post. 5) Take your foot off the peddle and the lid will work correctly.

A:  I haven't found any that fit perfectly yet. Most 13 gal bags aren't wide enough to properly fit inside the liner lock, including Home Depot's own HDX 'Tall Kitchen' 13 gal bags.
